This may be just a side issue but it is something I ran into.. as you know, things get unequipped.. no biggie, since you pretty much accept that.. thing is.. Occasionally, some things are not returned to Inv.. for whatever reason.. a Relog works a treat for things like this... In help/FAQ.. THAT...
