Forum has been down

Hi everybody,

For some odd reason the forum was down today and no one was able to log in, however it worked if you where logged out. We had a look and restarted the web-server and now it seems to work again.

We will investigate to make sure we find the core to this, so it won't happen again.

Np loading, but can't post worth shite. I had to come back to this thread to try again... and again. Lol started this post 3 hours ago.

Midday forum was not loading properly. I got background plus headings only. The actual posts and everything else completely missing.

Later when I tried to post this problem, it wouldn't let me post a reply to this thread.

We had another issue pop up yesterday, which revealed a second issue. I addressed the underlying cause of both (one was a database table that got corrupted, the other was an invalid link being referenced), and that seems to have helped (I'm guessing the corrupt table was causing most issues). Should issues persist, I'll start disabling some of the functionality to try and pinpoint them to a particular add-on we're using.

Seems there still are some issues. I have asked our host to move the forum to a dedicated server to hopefully both reduce the effect of the issue, as well as try to pinpoint the origin of the error.
