Missing Claims

    Hey there,
    I was just mining with a terra 10 amp on cyrene and i were in the area with the white spot on the map. i got a good hitrate (10 out of 22) but the problem is 2 claims are missing, directly under that asteroid there or whatever it is. im standing right on the coords the deed shows but there is none. and i cant summon it. i tried relogging but still missing. one is 51 ped iridium and one is 70 ped iridium (last 2 globals i got)
    how am i gonna get my claims / peds?
    ah after checking the coords i guess ive found the problem. the heigth on the others is at 100ish but those 2 have a heigth of 1000ish. so they are possibly on the asteroid... but no way to reach em because of that protective bubble

    That's not 'asteroid', AFAIK those spheres are supposed to be homes of the Tanhok nobles. Unfortunately, there are some pieces of floating terrain left up there, and claims may land on one of them.

    Support is known to have returned resources to people who have explained the problem politely and included enough data like coordinates/timestamps/screenshots.

    well i certainly didnt know that ^^
    anyway here is the screenshot of the 2 claims with the wrong heigth
    im hoping to get it back as it is not really m fault :-/

    This has been a sort of a known issue for quite some time. The reason you don't hear about it much is - there is no shortage of other places to mine iridium/crude, should anyone have sudden craving for tt food. Most people don't run a new area with big amps either.

    Anyway, that's between you and support to sort out. Here's someone who got his V iridium back at 2nd attempt.

    thank you for pointing that out. i hope my screenshot is sufficient for them as im currently not on cyrene (collecting halloween items)

    Thank you. I have received an answer to my support case around 4 hours after i submitted it. they told me to wait and let it expire and then refresh the case. i did so. many. many. times. its been around 3 weeks now and i got another answer a few days ago telling me the exact same thing. to let em expire. i feel kinda fooled now by the support. it is like 30 seconds of work for them but instead they do nothing but let a bot answer support cases. this makes me really sad and im questioning any further investments in this game that treats its customers like shit.
    this goes all to MA staff though. you cyrene guys do a good job.
