The heal potential is designed for low end players. We get that. Further upgrade ranks should help.
The sidegrade 'buffs' they added, however, are useless to everyone.
This is the key point we should be taking away from this thread.

Out of interest, and with all due respect. How were these buffs decided upon?
I ask because in their current state their usefulness or application is extremely hard to pinpoint, especially for the vigorous one, and seem to reflect design choices that are not really compatible with the current...
I think playtesters should be given tt weapons and told to grind their way up. Then they’d get it.
The cost and rarity of the items involved in making this armor far exceed the stats it provides. When are we getting a modified version?
I just found out the hard way that the +15 hp on the vigorous version only affects your max hp, and not current hp. Is this intended, or part of the bug you mentioned before @Kris | Cyrene ?
