The C.B.R. 107 Blueprint is now available in the Blueprint Terminal. Of the 10 crafting daily bps, the only one not in the terminal now is the Cyrene Armor Acid Plate BP, which can be gotten from the Toa'quak Hide and Seek mission.

Neff's Stim Pack has something to do with one of the epic missions and the empi wasp; I believe :)

I looted a Strong Sinew from an Alpha Zeladoth a couple days ago; it is used to make Empis Queen bait also.

You also must finish the mob using the Initiate's Laser Carbine (from the tt) for the mission.
