Hi Agis, Thank you for your post. Our pricing model is based on per passenger and allows us to offer the free services mentioned above to everyone. However, unlike other services, you only pay 25ped to warp unless there are more people in your party in which case the price is discounted...

If organizers are interested, we can setup a couple scheduled flights paid by the organizers/members of the event. This could be included in the planning to encourage more of a turn out.
