Well, got the model complete ... more or less. Just sit and wait for the 3D-printer :)
I have also a link for watching the 3D-model for folks who trust me. It is an exe-file, eDrawings from SolidWorks, no installation requiered:

It's not easy to do this. Since the 3D-geometry ingame is more or less optimized for good performance in an online game (to say: very rough) you will have several problems with making a good looking RL model. It's a lot of work!
Well, shouldn't be that problem. Maximum size of printed parts is at ~250x150x120 mm ... something around this. you must glue all this thousands parts. Material costs are at 30 Euro/kg (~38 $). But I am pretty sure you would get sales discount when you order 4000 kg for the model of the Pitbull.
Thank you for your fast response, Kris. There is a second part at my request. It seems I will buy a 3D-printer next weeks. If I print this model for me and post pictures of it, some folks will ask me if they can have a model too. I estimate the material costs will be something between 5 and 8...
Yo folks. I am pretty new here at cyreneforum. At least my third atempt to sign in was successful ;-/
I live at Calypso. But i love the Imperium Spec Lancer soooo much. The idea was, to make a RL 3D-print of it for my RL desktop ;-) You may read the full story at PCF...
