Hey non!
This wasn't a planet partner VU, so nothing new has yet been added to Cyrene, however, I will investigate this. At first look it appears to me something that happens similarly in other MMO Games where your view distance is limited but not directly/abruptly cut off and is instead "fogged", does that make sense? When I have more info I will post it here.
