Hi. Where i can buy Blueprint books on cyrene ?

Hi. I'm new in entropia and Cyrene. One mob tell my to buy cyrene blueprints book at construction terminal. But that terminal did not selling any books. It just opens crafting window and that's it. Or i'm looking at wrong terminal ?

Things that make you go Hmm!
If you go to ARC HQ there is a terminal which is called Blueprints I believe. You can get BP & books to hold them. If I'm wrong on the name of the terminal please someone correct me :)

Note that you need to hunt bots to loot Low Grade Power Supplies, or buy them from people or the auction. To successfully craft a pack of cells will take anywhere from 1x8 to 5x8 attempts at crafting and will yield on average 6 cells (enough for a few missions).

If you don't want to experiment with crafting and the risks, you can buy the power cell from the auction or other players for less than a ped and give it to the mission NPC for a token.
