I really like this vu ;)

after playing for awhile and exploring cyrene again i have come to realize that i really like this vu.

having some ores and enmats appear to move around seems nice. i would not be against having a ore and enmat redistribution every few months to keep things fresh and exciting. some hardcore miners i know would disagree, and i dont know how hard that would be to implement considering the problems up to this point.

mobs having more maturities is wonderful and gives me a chance to hunt things that i never had before. makes hunting and exploring feel fresh and new.

the new challenges are great. they offer a wide variety of mobs to hunt at a low lvl while mixing in different loots.

good to get some new bps to craft and hunt for.

the promise of future instances is really a big deal and hope for some more info about what to expect from them in the near future.

the changes at craggs are nice and exciting for the future. one question i have about this is. if the area were to degrade what would happen to the challenges. would they disappear?

great job bringing the pedes back. seems like a really nice spot for them with having the terminals there and room for people to hang out and socialize with each other. sure it will give new players a much better experience sweating if they dont feel all alone.

i am sure other people have different opinions on this but thought i would start a fresh topic with positive vibe ;)

Yeah, it's good for new players to have the pedes back at 30 hp.
And the merkofen density is back up, although the maturity ratio seems to have shifted up too now.

I'm seeing more people around, but I still don't see that crafting will sustain the boost, tbh.
The biggest mistake in my opinion is the amount of tokens in the key cube bp - the same as mistakes in the past in bps. (Did I also see a new armour with 100 molds per click???)
Of course, we have no real guidelines for what the tokens should be worth except for how they are given as rewards and what you can do with them. However, I still do NOT see a common ground by a looooong way on this.

If keys are the entrance to the instances, then this is the next area developed with a great deal of effort that will be almost impossible to enter even if people wanted to (at the price it will have to command relative to availability).

On the most positive note possible I'd like to provide a balancing example: take a slide rule of about 30 cm and rest it at the ends on single fingers from your left and right hand. Now try to move just one finger closer to the centre. What you will find is that the ruler keeps rebalancing and you will end up with both fingers near the middle.
I don't know how to code that into EU lol - but attractiveness should swing from good for noob to good to higher level player (and back again) in a similar way! Get the population rising and continuing to rise! :)
