FIXED silverstitch bp/part naming bug

hi..

i noticed, the turrelion silverstich (silversti_ch) blueprints produce silverstiTch armor parts, so i guess the blueprint naming is wrong..

We are going to go over the majority of text on Cyrene in an effort to correct it for the upcoming VU.
