Can verify this works. However, the new mission (No Poaching) at zyn'tukano border is broken. The mission gets aborted if you enter the pen. If you cheat and jump up on the fence and kill one, the game kills you as well and gives the message "You must be inside the pen".

This is the perfect solution. Literally, perfect. Burn badges that you can only earn yourself over time for the armor. It solves all issues in the best possible way.
