I liked San's concept to have a complementary set of protection. But it has to be useful for Cyrene mobs. I liked what Arkadia did with their set, how it's geared for ark mobs of certain types and levels that new or casual players will likely hunt after graduating. From reading this thread...

I couldn't find whisker fish either, shot lots of other fishes thinking it might spawn. I tried the previous night then logged out after nearly an hour and looked again last night even asked in cyrene chat to no avail and I gave up after hour figuring the NPC mission was broken or the 1 fish was...
