I highly doubt anyone on Cyrene is foolish enough to fall for a free summon to a warp capable ship. Just watch your boxes don't accept a free summon unless you know the owner/ship has a good reputation. -The Chief

Your looking at it the wrong way, UL items don't drop based on planet population. There is already a set amount because the dev's know when these items are dropped most will sell them off to other players which aren't on the planet. And trust me I've played this game for a very long time UL...

TBH, There isn't that many UL guns vs the entire EU community. I don't think they will always drop so if you get one while community is small consider it a bonus. More people come less chance you will loot one :), Beside some guns contain SIB. Crafting I believe is in the works of getting...
