Yes, hub is accessible by everyone including newbies. Newbies even get a free 5 ped sword to fight with. Also proving grounds entrance is 5 sweat and inside if newbies decide to fight costs are 10% of normal. Who is you? and what relevance is it if whoever you are talking about is online or not?

@420 I think lime green token farming for sweaters is there to provide an alternative to sweating. Certainly pays better than sweating e.g. I buy lime green tokens at 6 peds per K which is considerably more than what sweat sells for. Some sweaters who go to collect lime green tokens I doubt...

Witte has been absent from the game for a while. Don't think he has the time for it, so other people have been helping out with Entropedia e.g. Serica. Entropedia is hosted on 711's computer or something like that. I'm not too sure of the details but there is some kind of connection.
