Bug Report 15.5.0 VU BUG report

About the pet sizes.. I can see why you guys like big statues.. but I too have a lot buyers that are very disapointed that their spawned pets are tiny.
Actualy i have people asking me what the biggest pet is.
But as far as i heard MA shrinked some because people complained that avatars are hiding in them in PVP.. not that i can understand that.. shouldent one shoot through pets?

The Maze:
The second time i reached the end (second day), this time rather fast.. and it did not trigger the mission. Than after i killed the 10 creatures it says i'm to slow and ranked to low. Dident get any certificate. I'm sure i was still below 5 minutes. Was disapointing.

had the same bug, 1st day it triggered, last two days it hasn't
 
Although not a bug specific to this VU, Duster Scapegoats shoot you with invisible handguns. They've been this way for as long as I can remember. If this is intentional, awesome. I'd just like to know what creature loots this weapon's look alike so I can kill mobs with a finger gun too.

There are a few NI weapons that are completely invisible, no weapon model, texture, or even inventory icon. You should try one of those :p

Although not a bug specific to this VU, Duster Scapegoats shoot you with invisible handguns. They've been this way for as long as I can remember. If this is intentional, awesome. I'd just like to know what creature loots this weapon's look alike so I can kill mobs with a finger gun too.
this reminded me of the pilots, while they have guns, they bend with the pilots model. probably explains while they can't hit the broad side of a barn

Vlad the Unraveler is on a 1 hour timer, while this is obviously not a bug and is intentional, it is a major issue, only 24 people can complete the mission per day, assuming no one kills it and it is hunted without any downtime.

Thanks for all the pet size info, seems like you guys really like the larger sizes. I think for now we'll just leave them the current size.

any word on the 'bug' of there being no harvestable trees on Cyrene?

During this VU Cycle I had meeting with them about some of the loose ends we've got on Cyrene, and tree harvesting is one of them. The short version is that while they tried to get trees on all planets for the last VU (summer) it seems that there wasn't enough of one tree type here that would allow it to be harvested (although I did suggest to add more / change some into others), so there weren't any trees that could be harvested here. I was informed also that changing the trees might be a bad idea so nothing happened during the last VU. For this VU (fall) we're talking with one of the engineers at MA about it but without land plots on Cyrene to use the harvested trees it's not a major issue yet. I do, however, feel that it's on track to be in around the next VU / before the end of the year.

Hope this explains the status of tree harvesting here on Cyrene.

having a single mob on a timer is once again NOT great. Let's call it a bug in order to be kind, yes?

Let's call it an oversight =) either way the timer will be greatly reduced for the Mini Patch.

Thanks for the more detailed answer on the trees. There are always advantages and disadvantages to being on the different planets, depending on the favourite activities of each player.
When it comes, it will be a plus for me, so will increase the chances (within the overall picture) of my spending time on Cyrene.

The Paneleon pet dont has the fire on his horn anymore. People loved that most about it. Please get it back!

A workaround for it, at least it works for me this way. When you reach the end of the maze, run back until you reach the first long corridor. The mission will update right before it.

If your not my exact height you get the error it seems. I tested it and some soc mates the same height as me had no issues, but shorter and taller people do. Jumping around at the end of the maze helps, not the very end but the last wall. I will highlight it on my map:

Hmm...so there is a new profession in the universe that generates 'decay' for PP I assume and you decide not to jump on it first place..OK. Here comes an opportunity to correct 3 months later and you just don't put it on priority list. All the excuses of not having plot deeds on Cyrene I find strange, otherwise why we have mats in the hunting loot and mining that can't be used in Cyrene bps. We DO ship them to Calypso to sell as we would do with wood. You would have your decay on harvesting tool, but more then that you wouldn't force players that would like to participate in this new activity to move from your planet....

And yes GZ on the Maze, but once auto-loot is disabled and first pet is tamed let's see how much people will continue to be exited about it..And all those people that continued with ARC badges collection are just starring with opened eyes, because they didn't leave the planet like a lot of Stolen Armor 'threatening tourists', but believed in your long term story and now continue to witness empty traders. Please remove the items MA will never spawn from ARC vendors, that includes Rank 3, which is there for 2 VUs now and one mini-patch and is all but empty...

Not sure if it's a bug or intentional, but the new maturities of Sky Shatters do not count for the kills/kill-point and ARC badge missions.

Could not have worded it better myself, I would love to see an in depth reply to this from Kris. Specificially the additional areas for decay, even releasing a few booths would give the planet huge decay and increase membership, screw waiting for release 2 or 3 booths wont hurt. That opens additional avenues for decay for the planet to profit from (fee's and haircuts, etc), same goes for having harvest-able nodes. However I am very glad you are keeping up with the pets, even beating Arkadia in that regard so great job there.

The booths even have low item points, leave it like that and let people pay 2k ped over and over for expansions, more ped for you.

Could you please check/overthink the daily mission countdown? I think it is 24h till it opens again.. at least on the Maze. Thats hard for working people. As you need some time to complete it, each day it gets later and than one day you will have to wait for 2 days so it is more early again.

The Arret still drops dead.

In my opinion I t's not macro, it's not exploiting either. It's working the intentional systems of the game. There is no abuse. Auto tool is a thing as is the built in auto loot. The spawn mechanics are part of the game and not manipulated by the players so it's not abusing a bug either.
