Can anyone help with this NPC location? did it move recently? Been to every source imaginable and all are wrong...even the in-game mission mapper takes me to an empty spot. Thanks!

Unfortunately same coords as on Wiki and CyreneSecrets, but thank you! I might abandon mission and see if i can restart but hate to lose progress.

Location : Challenger Davis @Stagging Area - Location [138832, 77120, 121]

You have to go on the platform, check Z coord, 121, that mean he is not on the ground
