Crafting A.R.C. P.I.G.V. MkII Blueprint(L)

I have all those old cyrene's vehicles blueprints, and now I have level to craft the PIG and the SPEAR, no problem with spear, wasted all clicks and no other vehicle bp dropped, blame to my bad luck. Anyway, let's talk about the PIG. On BP states that uses:

2 Bonding Liquid
7 Fergunson's All Purpose Almagan
7 Fergunson's All Purpose Lube
25 Kaisenite Ingot
6 Light Power Cell
10 Protective Coating

I've found all the mats but one, Fergunson's All Purpose Almagan. The Fergunson's All Purpose Lube I've dropped like 3 bps already, and found on auction Fergunson's All Purpose Refined Almagan.
Now here comes the possible questions for this:
-is this the same bp, because I was not able to drop nothing similar
-is it still craftable those old bps?

all 3 are different bps. if you cant find one from drops or buying ill be back on cyrene in a few hours i can sell you some clicks
