ARC 3 vendor reward?

I'd like to ask you few questions about ARC 3 vendor.

- Is now any item (L) or uL available for purchase?
- How long the items are out of stock?
- What is/was the price of these items ?

- armor isnt restocked ever, yet
- L gun is avialable, u need a Limited gun voucher for tier3 gun, it is looted from 5p1d3r mob, then u need to combine it with an ore. Price was a bit more than TT of the gun
- UNL isnt restocked, there was only one so far avialable, dunno if ppl looted any of those unl tier3 vouchers, but no1 was crying about that on forums, so probably not

this patch there are some changes, and maybe there will be more, as always Cyrene devs are working to make things better

I looted an UL Tier 3 voucher 2 years ago and crafted the gun. It hasn't been restocked since. The armor has also never been restocked. I looted a Tier 3 (L) voucher off of a spider, but as mentioned, the cost is more than the TT of the gun, so I have not crafted it yet. I did ask about the restock back then for the armor, but nothing was ever done about it.

I also noticed the armors in vendor 1 and 2 are now more expensive in shrapnel than their TT value. I remember seeing the patrol and inaugurates armor being sold on auction for 108%.. But with current shrapnel cost, that would be a loss. So the shrapnel cost was "adjusted".

For now, the change will stay. That being said, we have time before the next VU to go back and revisit this.
