The Pit:

"The Pit" is located inside the main lobby of the Hub, You will need to take the ring warp teleporter to get to it. Once you arrive you will be right next to "The Summoner" an Turrelion NPC who will summon "The Beast" if you are holding or wearing "Proving Ground Coat of Arms". For now this beast seems to summon every 2 hours without an summoning.

Can all be used everywhere there is no such thing as weapons only working in certain areas of the hub. Although that would be an interesting feature.

All of the items listed above Only works in the Hub, Which includes every Arena from proving grounds to 10 ped arena, and the Pit. (Please note the pit is not a 10% zone)

I will later update the other items available in the vendors and the coat vendor that are used outside the hub (Planet Cyrene).

hard to judge as the beast costs 5-6 ped to kill and drops mostly ammo and between 0-1k tokens, plus if in the rare moment you had the hub to yourself, you can collect 600-800 tokens for free

At least someone's alt got the coat today, and yes, has to be someone's alt...
who else as a total noob would randomly farm those to get a coat without even having a global on a puny mob on cyrene which isnt THAT hard, at least for the time that took to collect those
