How can you get this chip? I want to crafting my new gun. In Entropedia you can not even find the chip.

Basic Targeting Chip

Looking for it aswell, when asking ingame people tell all kinds of different things. but so far no luck finding it.
So much for more crafting on cyrene if basic stuff for level 1 bps is hard to find
Imho if you want more people to craft, Atleast have 1 bp for each catagory weapon/armor/tailoring etc where the mats are easly found for,
So we can do alot of clicks to cycle ped and to find new bps or skill up. wich would be pretty good for the economy on cyrene.
