Clarification about "damage-less sweating"

The level 1-3 dire weeds on the Atlas Training grounds can be sweat without aggro for 100 bottles each, I have seen as many as 7 people doing this concurrently and usually at least one person doing it 24/7 (not the same person).

From asking in chat, it seems many abuse this exploit. I want to know if the team at Cyrene see's this as an exploit or if it is allowed. Since the community seems to be so keen on it and doesn't view it as an exploit (I was yelled at by a few avatars for filing a support ticket about it) I want to know official opinion on this exploit.

Krasco suggested that we should have a mob that is good for circle sweating as we do not currently have one suitable for that. Myself and others have tried nearly all the mobs in several groups trying to find one but none stick out as decent.

It seems more to be a bug from MA than an exploit. Though MA uses to name their bugs as "new features"
If you want to see a real exploit, go to Nea's fertilizer station (around [29589, 35835, 135], on Calypso), and look at the herd of russian bots sweating. You will quickly learn the difference...

Another suggestion would be if weak paneleon had more hp it would be perfect, or if there was a stage between weak and the next one with the same damage but around 500 hp.

Not an exploit or suggestion, but just some advice to players:
When sweating Weak Paneleon, you can do so in a team of two with a friend. If the friend turns on autotool and stands there, they can go sleep or go completely afk and keep auto tool on, while you grab a mob and stand directly next to your friend. You will both sweat the mob. Then simply shoot the mob dead or drown it and grab another. After an hour or whatever amount of time you can get your friend to come back and you can go afk. It's a nice way to get dodge and sweat while afk with a buddy.

This is a Cyrene issue not an MA issue as stated by MA support.

So the players are exploiting? AKA cheating by doing so? Would I be banned or punished for joining them? Seems to be a good way to regen HP during the ultimate n00b challenge and get paid to do so.

As with any exploits that happen within the game, I would encourage any player to not participate in any sort of misconduct. Any disciplinary action from players engaging in exploits would be carried out by MindArk.

I don't mind they are russian. I said russians because they are, at least most of them...
And the fact they sell sweat for you doesn't allow them to use bots. The use of 3rd part apps, especially for cheating, is clearly against the TOS.

Sending in reports of exploits to the appropriate people is a good thing. Most people though, don't go bragging all over about it, how wonderful of a snitch they are. That's lame facebook stuff.

I was not bragging, I was discussing the exploit and its ramifications with the community, and some members were arguing the exploit was a good thing which I had to argue against.

Im on Cyrene more of 5 months and work to my missions and the rest day im sweating for my crafting and if happen a good deal to sell a good amount only 2ped /1k...

In first months go for swanting to Weeds but i had big problem with ppls who left dry mobs and never response to our questions to help out atleast to clear the moved mobs...and always need to shoot them to can continue to my work and lose peds without reason or better donate my peds to scammers ...so i deside and have the HP to do solo Paneleons , i clarify I DONT WANT TEAM!!!

After the VU who fixed Weeds in Paneleons area we have problem ...all the time disturbing avatars try to sweating with others and destroy our work ...

The L4 sprouted dire weeds are also good 50 bottles each and gives you nice ammount of dodge skill. But no place is perfect, always someone show up either trying to sweat same mob as you or just random killing. But overall is a nice sweat spot for solo sweaters. I wish we have some mission for them besides the puny tempo one.
