Hey Everyone,


We are happy to announce the beginning of cooperation between Planet Cyrene and the well known (in our part of the universe)website owner of CyreneSecrets.com, Thanatos.


In honor of his long term commitment and support for Planet Cyrene and it's players, building a positive and informative platform, we agreed to extend the reach of this creator's work into the game itself, to let him guide and entertain players with data and events.


The start of this will be with some small stuff around the Land Area, and expand more in the coming VUs.

It has come to my attention that this needs to be clarified, Thanatos is a PLAYER he is in no way shape or form a Developer of Cyrene. He will be trying to make in-game guides for players like in-game signs.

Hello guys!

I’d like to thank Planet Cyrene for providing me with a great platform to reach out to my fellow players with my work over at Cyrenesecrets.com

I also want to thank you, for using my website and making it as popular as it has become.

Few words about me and my website:

I started to play Entropia Universe 20 years ago when it went gold. I had some studies and RL things that took me away for a while but about 10 years ago I came back and shortly after I visited Planet Cyrene for the first time. It was a crazy place back then, with a lot of bugs and little to no info about it.
I decided then to setup a little website to share with my fellow players things I’ve learned about the planet: mob stats, locations, missions, items, etc. At first, I used it as a place to keep all that information together. Though after 8 years, it became an important place to check when you needed information about a mission or any sort of information about Planet Cyrene.
I think to this day, it holds the most current information about the planet but I want to point out, I did not do this alone. I am part of a community called Cyrene Pioneers. We work and share data to help make Planet Cyrene a better place, and easier for new commers.
I have also spent quite a while on making a zoomable map that you can find on the website and with the Codex now, many things have changed, so I’m working on a new map with mining on it.
All of my effort takes time, building and running to stay current on information all take time. So please, be patient with me. I am more than this website. I am a husband, a father of 2, an interior designer, a photographer, and yes, content creator. So, I don’t have as much time for games as I would love to have, I still try my hardest to make sure everything stays current.

I believe that with this cooperation that I have with Planet Cyrene, information signs in-game and maybe something more in the future will only enhance the experience on the planet and it will be overall better for all of us, especially new players.

btw. i decided not to take part in the booth raffle, i'm a regular player so i would have a high chance winning something in it, but since this cooperation was made, i'll have alot things to do with signs and www... but next one i wont skip!
