Bug Report Cyrene June 26th VU Bugs

First off, good move on the achievements. Although i do wish MA did more with them (and a percentage completed per planet, pitch that to them please :)).

However there are some bugs i would like to mention:

  • On the achievements page, where it should say planet cyrene, it just says ???
  • Upon entering cyrene today, i got the achievement for all the mining missions (didn't even start them yet)
  • On the Empis was queen achievement, the text is longer then the display area (last part gets cut off), the same goes for:
    • Gladiator!
    • Item Hide and Seek Champion
    • Lazidol Killer
    • Vehicle Hide and Seek Champion
  • The enemy of my friend is obviously an enemy, has the description text missing

Also i would like to make the suggestion to add some easier achievements as well, some you can get early in the game as a newcomer. That way you can motivate new people (not everyone is crazy enough to do 20k kills first :))


Probably already mentioned, but there is a big "replace" button where the mario instance used to be?

I can definitely pass this along to them.

I'm looking for a work around for the long achievement names but was unable to find one for this VU.

With the Hard Launch, there will be more achievements for more low level stuff, but right now we wanted to focus on Achievements for players who have been completing the long chain missions or unlocking special features (with a few fun ones thrown in).

Yes, this happened during the 14.7 VU, these will all be fixed for the Mini Patch.

You know if you introduce those now, we can test them for you :)

Another bug: the Kill Somebody achievement doesn't get achieved after killing someone in the proving grounds.

since i am reporting bugs:

On the They're taking our minerals mission, when you get the reward the text says: here you go, one imperium token.
Don't know about the other missions, maybe i'll find more later.

(should be cyrene mission token ofc).

And another one that is around for a few months: after handing in the tokens for turrellian armor parts, the leftover tokens get the 'locked' icon and you can't put them back in storage unless you relog first.

this happens to me on all the trade in missions when i just stick a random # stack instead of the correct amount.

since i am reporting bugs:

i am getting stuck pretty often in the proving grounds on the various stairs dont know if its my connetion or what. but tends to happen near the sides. have to spin turn and jump to get lose after a few seconds.

when leaving the zyn village by anyway other than the tp pad the pvp flag remains.

for exampe if i tp chip or take a lancer to the jelly spawn on the volcano beach landmass the pvp flag is active and i lose ammo when firing at nothing. but if i go to the volcano beach tp and then to the jelly spawn i dont have the pvp flag.

if i go to the mutated weeds daily mission spawn from the zyn village tp i have a pvp flag but if i relog while there i can get rid of it.

heard in chat that the noob mission npc still sends participants to gamma instead of arc training area.
