This is how to get the weapon:
Start by spending 2 months doing dailies in Cyrene to gather 200 x A.R.C. Badges
This gets you to Rank 1 with A.R.C. faction and access to Rank 1 shop where the weapon is probably available. Today there are still 4 for sale after I bought mine.
To actually buy the weapon, you need to give in an A.R.C. Unlimited weapon Cube (can not trade).
This is made by refining 200xImperium Key Cube and one A.R.C. Unlimited weapon voucher (can not trade).
The Cubes can be crafted and traded. (Market MU between 200% and 300%)
The A.R.C. Unlimited weapon voucher is a VERY RARE drop from certain a select few (4?) monster types in Cyrene and is the real bottleneck to acquire this gun.
