Finalized rank 3 armor?

With no finalized version of the Rank 3 armor in todays patch (by the looks of the release notes), when can we expect the finalized version? Is it going to be UL as promised or will you make it L like it is now? Will it be 900 badges like pre VU or 1200 badges like after VU?

I will return to Cyrene when the finalized armor is in-game, either to buy it (if its UL and at 900 badges) and countinue to play and deposits on Cryrene, or to clear out my storage and move somewhere else (if its L and with 1200 badges).

I can't say about the stats currently as they are not finalized, same for the L or UL. I would like to point out this post here:

Due to the limited release of this armor it may impact the Rank 3 rewards which are currently being discussed

This is the part we are wrestling with now.

As soon as I have more information I'll be sure to get it out to everyone as soon as possible.

We have in the works for a Rank 3 A.R.C. Faction armor, better stats than the Stolen Imperium Armor, also Non-Tradable, at the next of the faction Tier, but not for rank 1. It should feel special and accomplished and not at the basic level of the faction.

We are aware that this change can be disappointing to players that are close to 200 Badges but not yet there, the Rank 3 Armor should be something that is worth waiting for. The Stolen Imperium Armor was left in as a proof of appreciation to our loyal active players.

You will lose alot of players if this doesnt go as inteded. I know several already left.

Personly i dont care if it only have 1 stat better then the stolen, as long as it is UL and at 900 badges, I will be happy.

Kindly asking for a statement regarding vendor weapons.
If it is going to stay fake It should be removed from vendors.
It is not right from moral and legal point of view, as it misleads the players.

I have no interest in those L armors, so there is no point for me to continue with faction missions, if those weapons are not going to be released.

Right now the weapons from the vendors are quite rare (it's my opinion that they are too rare) and we have been / are working with MindArk on a way to get them to be more accessible to players of the appropriate faction rank, however it was not possible for this current VU (June 2015). Both the Limited and Unlimited versions of the weapons were approved initially by them so I'm still working with them to try and get the vendor spawns to be increased.

So what your saying is I need to do my dailies then stand in front of a faction terminal like a zombie all day in the slim chance I might be there when a gun appears? That's common dung. Waiting and hoping these badges pay off but I'm losing faith here.

This is the 2nd Time i`m getting ... *$#*@ ed by this Team.
First i have missed the Stolen Armor by few Hours (after VU Boffin was still working, later 2-3 hours -NO MORE!). I say ok, will get the UL Armor from 900 Badges. Will do the daily until i get that ARMOR! I want that ARMOR! Will do it!!!

Great to see ... you guys have increased to 1200 and, i have even heard is no longer with Shrapnel.
Good to see you guys did nice job here, wait after this Mini VU to see whats going on, and i`ll do as Everyone. Come and DRY my storage.

What I"m proposing here:

Is only a short term solution. The way the weapons are distributed as a whole will need to be looked at, and something that we're working with MindArk on.

The Rank 3 A.R.C. Faction rewards are not currently finalized in anyway, once we have the information we'll share how everything will work.

I feel your pain Rechinul. For what it's worth, Arkadia is shaping up very nicely and has a ton of missions to grind out etc and daily's as well if you don't want to go back to caly. Pretty decent crowd of people here too. Ive been hanging out on Ark lately making good ped here.
