Help finding missions

I've been running around in circles trying to find missions but still can't find the panelon or crystal pede. Cyrenesecrets say it's challenger Harman & Jerome but doesn't give coords, and any coords i've found on forums are not on the map.

Please can someone help me and give the coords to these two guys

[138805, 77077, 112] arc staging tp and just a bit north are some mission npcs. #cyrene has people that would be willing to help also.

Paneleon guy and one another guy are north-east of Miner Isles TP, on the north-west tip of the triangular green island.

Thx rat I ran around the starting islands about 20 times trying to find those two guys. 1353300, 78970 for future players.

you may as well get the panelion mission, meet the zyn? is it? Anyways, kill 200 points worth of them and get some skills, repeatable 24 hrs after turn in.
