Herman ARK-10's all models, not showing stats,,,

I have used an ark-10 arctic and also an ark-10 desert for some mobs on cyrene and for some reason the stats and the tiers don't show. I have tried relogging a few times and that doesn't help. If a tier opens I can't slot a enhancer because the tiers aren't showing along with the stats not showing.

I believe this would be an Ark/Ma issue.

yeah it is, I first noticed on cyrene but then went back over to ark and found the weapons are showing the same. I posted in the bug section of the ark planet forum.
