Run around the red crystal, at some point you should just receive the mission.

Run around clock wise clicking all the crystals. When you are done with that, visit the ghost and it will give you the cap.

You can almost always find them on Byg Byrds, but we're planning on rolling out the holiday spawns next week before Xmas.

Except for Baig Birds. And they will fall into other creatures. I am new to the game and will have a lower creature level.
