Issue With Zorra's Mission

So I'm nearing the end of this thing and I'm at the point where I turn all the items in to Zorra. Mission name is "A Deserved Reward"

I have all 6 items + the fishing spear in my inventory and I talk to Zorra in HQ. She tells me to hand in all the things and I agree. The mission is then aborted. I can pick it up again from the shaman but no change if I do it again.

Just checking, the 6 items are:
Enchanted Lure
ARC Waystone
Spirit Dust
Zyn Blood
Paneleon Gizzard
Gladiator Spear

Anyone know what I'm missing here?

For anyone who's confused about this later, you need to add all 6 items into a refiner before giving the result to Zorra

Does it say so in the instruction that you have to refine the items?

Yeah I went back and read it carefully and it says something like "combine and give these 6 items to Zorra"

It would be muuuch more clear if it said something like "Refine these 6 items into a thing and then give that to Zorra"

Ok on to the next issue here. I can't summon the Lazadol until I complete the "Hail Lazadol" mission and I need a greater crystal to do this. Is this true?

Can I just rent one from someone for a minute to complete the mission and then buy the lures from auction?

Yes, this is how I finished that mission.
