Bug Report Minning error.... not exist!!!

The second one sees what happens to me ... I'm in this area and the claim disappears ... the mine looks on the map, but I can not see it here, nor claim it, that gives me error ....

My wife had the same experience a few months ago, but I thought that it would have been corrected ...
You owe me a well V of Zorn Star Ore .... I do not have the money left over, and that well V was good for me ....

Hi, im assuming this was under one of the floating yellow spheres? the claim has an height over 1k, space is about 900.

You can't summon it as its too far away. its a known bug and people tend to avoid mining under the spheres for this reason. best to contact EU support and see if they can assist, i don't think Team Cyrene can compensate themselves, it'll be a MA issue.

that said, its good to remind the team the bug still remains, prehaps making the spheres have no surface (ie fly through them) would leave them as deco but not affect anything below them

This is a problem, it's something we've tried to rectify in the past with little success.

Unfortunately I don't have the power to spawn claims, however, I will personally pass this case onto support and see what options there are for you.

200%, Paul Jetman Masters really nails it on the head here.

I'm actually going to point MindArk at this thread in particular and see if they can help us stop this from happening in the future.

This is something that we've been considering as many of the work arounds that were tried have failed.

Plan for a change similar to this in the next PP VU.
