you can go to either spawn at anytime and find people either behind a rock or a vehicle 
it kinda piss me off making sweat so easy to get without giving any ped to cyrene (although you could say vehicle decay does go there)
boo to you people devaluing sweat for others when there is finally a market demand for it
or i am wrong and this is not considered an exploit...

It is an exploit and vehicle doesn't take any damage as mob is still trying to hit player. At least when they trap the mob right it doesn't. Only problem is that MA couldn't care less about this kind of exploits as long as they have more important things to fix. The rate players are getting PED from this exploiting is not making any difference to MA no matter how long are players sweating like that. The only ones that are suffering from this are other sweaters that are working hard to earn some PED in the right way. Crafters are probably the happiest ones - getting sweat for 1.5-1.7PED/k rate is as good as it can get.
