Oh... okay then lol. Behind the curve again, I thought you normally have to hunt at much higher levels to get these.

I for one have never looted it from Mutated Dire Plant, and we're #3 in all-time globals

yes i agree this item is on the wrong mob or drop rate is very low. Hard to do the galactica mission exclusively in Cyrene

I guessed but never seen it, I knew the maze vlanwings dropped them, and the vlan has the same loot table.
