Hey Cutter,

faster then one minute??? hmmm I thought I had in the past, maybe im wrong.. wonder if I can pick up a couple ecceleration pills somewhere..

Falagor is correct, faster than one minute, I know there's quite a few Jade Fragments out in the world (a 10% chance to unlock the L.U.I.G.I.V.S. mission) so it should be possible as long as you hurry and are not over burdened as sluggo points out.

best way to do this is wear adj harrier for the boost, and practice the double jump. when jumping up the stairs your avatar's shins will stick to the next step up. press jump and repeat, really speeds up the steps.
one of the drops (think its the last one, not the finish) walk off don't jump or you get stuck for a few seconds.
and lastly the 90 degree turn at the end, you can skip the corner one and jump 45 degrees
