I assume the black section on the sleeve is supposed to be field 3 for textures or paint.
ATM adding a texture or paint to field 3 does nada

it's the same for all shirts. the black part is uncustomizable on all male shirts, but female shirts have no parts that are uncustomizable. I think this is an intended part of the male shirts
