I guess to start, I don't know who that user is, but I don't think that it's part of any Cyrene developer/staff.
Also, I believe the issue lies within your phrasing. If there are Broken (I.E. Errors in the mission that allow it not to be finished / do not work correctly) NPCs and Missions then it is absolutely up to us to fix it.
However, in this case, the missions are inactive, and not broken (at least I hope not) and we've been working with MindArk to get them turned on.

Well, when the number of mobs required for a mission is changed, but not changed in the description (and even still mentions the wrong mob even! - so a layering of mistake history actually marks the landscape over months for those that notice), you have to wonder what communication accurately follows the right path from Cyrene to MA, let alone what happens when it reaches its destination.
Not flicking the switch of mission activation is now in generation x of being a known problem too. Grrrrr.....

I wondered about that. I talked to the opposite gender, and now have the mission in my log book for that as well.
I have no intention of trying it, as I do not want to tie up 200 ped in an account bound armor set that I cannot use in any way.
However, I must admit, I am verrry curious to know if it is possible to get both Male and Female sets
Its kinda like the red button that says DO NOT PRESS ... I want to press it so badly.
Edit: On a side note, Thank you Kris and Cyrene for making this happen. I love my armor.

I have 200 badges! I go to A.R.C. vendor terminal and...look at a empty, bugged terminal (F thigh is bugged)! good job again MA and cyrene team! why I get 200 badges if I cant buy items? wtf is so hard to make a system that works well? make armor parts unlimited supply or limit the numbers we can buy/week! and the weapon? u just put it there to tease us...! when u will start have some respect for us customers and don't try just to make quick profit by showing items that u wont deliver ( make 200 badges..500.. stage 2..3 and MAYBE u get something for that)? WE NEED SOME RESPECT!
PS: all above who say ty for the UL armor! MA and cyrene should say ty cose we not leave this game..they just deliver what we already pay for! never seen a game with so many bugs (that takes for years to solve like log out space - u want space pvp lootable but u alow a bug to stay on for so long-) so unbalanced-some weps have amps some don't like Mf- and with so much disrespect from developers AND WITH A SO FORGIVEN COMUNITY! u just deposit and bend over!
