Pricecheck: qr 63.0 Imperium Noble Shoes blueprint

As a result of blueprint conversion in the latest VU, we (Heiko Rat) got our hands on the subj.
It used to be a 63-click (L) blueprint before but become a qr 63.0 (UL) one. The recipe is the same and still requires Basic Targeting Chip.

Does anyone have an idea what this could be worth, if anything?
