Ranked Psy-blade (powerfist) unlimited

I've read these weapons can not be sold in auction although traded plater to player, are there any other restrictions with them?

Can these weapons be used on other planets?
Can you use these weapons on wild creatures or is this hud weapon?

I have found the ranked combat blade and it was work at all planets and all creatures. Just can not be sold at auction.
