Regen of Ultimate Noob Challenge

I was thinking on (start) working on the Ultimate Noob Challenge mission, but since with my gear, I can only have around 6 DPS (5.68 or 6.12) that means that killing them would take a bit of time (~17 seconds without counting regen) it means that the mobs will also regen a fair amount of HP in the meantime making me rather inefficient.

That's why I ask if any of the four mobs is known to have (considerably) lower regen rate than the others?

Also is any of them particularly better in terms of MU on loot?

I'd go for sea wraiths, not sure about the regen, but hides have nice mu +plus rare weaps in their loot pool, and a parallel iron mission.
