[request] Zorra Winter's outfit

I would love to get an outfit like, or similar to Zorra Winter's outfit. Maybe Cyrene can have a quest similar to the Karona quest on Caly to get an outfit like this? Would be great to have another quest after opening up the A.R.C. vendors?

Hey guys,

Sounds like a fun idea. I don't know if we could categorize it as armor as it doesn't look like it has much protection, but I think it could make for some great clothing in the future.

I never thought it to be armor. I was thinking more along the lines of Karona's outfit that has a 10% run speed buff, or something different. would be nice to have a Cyrene only item. REPRESENT!

I don't know much about Karona's Outfit, but I'll see what options we have for some kind of implementation in the future.
