The functionality at the moment is very limited on both coats from what i found out on the forum (out-HUB chain quest is not working, an in-HUB - well i dunno yet what it does really since The Beast spawns on its own). But i belive in Cyrene dev team .

Well i came to Cryene 18 april (thats what my EL history shows) so before i found out what and where i guess i started buyign like 2-3 days after i came.

So probably got those 188k in about 1.5 month.
