Scary Hackfin STILL Bugged...

Well according to new Vu... The Scary Hackfin quest has been fixed...

Well I just attempted to do it and while yes the map area now does unlock and I get to the "Kill 20 Hackfins" I just killed about 30+ of them the counter never moved once and even after 20 kills it still did not register anything.... Whats Up with this... Thanx

I believe it works only at the surface of the water now. Still an improvement...

I was able to complete. You will need to drag the mob to the line of sight of npc. Your head must be close to surface. I tested with 30m away from npc will do the trick of counting.
