Some rare objects.... where??

Well, another post... i see a lot of rare items and materials, but i dont know if they are from "old times", where find it if exists or what mob give it...

So, i go to put some of these items and i hope some people can answer...

A) Strong Sinew... what mob and maturity give it? is a important part from Enkidd Howler, and is very interesting...

B) Vebis Fire Fire... Still drop?????? and where???

C) Neffs Stimk Pack.... a misterious object, unknown.... some words in wiki, here... but nobody knows about it....

Well, im sure more people knows about other rare items.... all information is well for us...

I looted a Strong Sinew from an Alpha Zeladoth a couple days ago; it is used to make Empis Queen bait also.

I can't offer much info about some of the rare drops, but Penelope is 100% correct about Neff's Stim Pack, it's part of the culmination of the 2nd epic mission chain on Cyrene, there's some good info about it on: http://cyrenesecrets.com/epic-mission-chains/

I just did a bit of quick googling, and here is what I found regarding the "Bevis Fire Fire"...

The Bevis Fire Fire drops from a duster... A "Rare" spawned Duster named Bevis. http://www.entropiawiki.com/Info.aspx?chart=Mob&id=439

My thoughts are you are going to need to hunt duster until you can get Bevis to spawn.

Regarding Neff's Stim Pack, this is a refined item. there is a post on PCF about an ATH that somoene received this:

I was unable to find the list of ingredients to refine in order to obtain the Neff's Stim Pack.
