FIXED Spear vehicle from quest

So...is this thing supposed to be limited? Because up until yesterday it wasn't and I was able to repair it when it got too beat up. Yesterday however I had a little run in with a mob that smushed it like a tin can and it got completely damaged. Now it's saying it's limited and I can't repair it.

This is very odd, I'll check this out on live/test and see if there is anything weird going on. It's strange because there are no / have never been any unlimited vehicles on Cyrene I'm afraid. It has always been limited as far as I know, but I will investigate.

Probably no need to investigate.. he probably didn't know that the Structural integrity of the vehicle can be repaired while the TT cannot and only noticed that after the TT got too low so it broke completely.

OK, so lets go with that assumption. I don't recall there ever being an "(L)" next to the name but I could be wrong. If that's the case then any time I damage a limited vehicle can I repair the structural integrity of the vehicle back to full as long as it doesn't get fully damaged or are they two different scales where the structural integrity scale is the one that is visible and the tt scale is just not displayed? If that's the case how is someone supposed to know when the tt value is getting low?

In item info window you can see both. When you spawn vehicle and you get your vehicle bar on the screen, what you see is Structural Integrity level. You can repair it as many times as you need. If you damage your vehicles TT value below 3.0% then you can't use it anymore. There are no Unlimited vehicles on Cyrene.

The "healthbar" that you see above vehicles displays the condition of their Structural Integrity (SI). It decreases from all kind of damages and can be repaired unlimited number of times using RK-5 tools and welding wires, as long as TT value is greater than 3%. TT value decreases only from damages taken from mobs and pvp.

Spears always were (L). Not only that, but the one from the quest also decays from movement (TT decay), so it will eventually die from simple use even if never get damaged. Crafted Spears don't have this kind of decay.
