I was hoping I could ask some follow-up questions to hopefully help you with this:
What pieces have you already bought? What happens when you try to interact with this NPC? Do you have the required tokens for the gear you are trying to purchase (if you are able to interact with this NPC =p )?

I bought 2 purple female pieces and one red male harness. Then Karen does not communicate with me again. I have enough tokens for a whole set .

If I don't know that, I cannot buy 2 purple female parts.
