Haha, darn those technical limitations.
Problem is, unless the entire planet is made (and released) entirely at once, the world would not be round. Inaccessible areas due to 'no data' become an issue, as well as future expansions. If the world is released at once, everything that is there, is there. That's what you're stuck with short of an apocalypse that reshapes the world.
