At this time, there is not alot people with requirement for spawn the empi queen and on the planet
We know how Cyrene can give bad items, just look the reward from Zora epic mission. Good weapons from ARC... we maybe will never see them.

yea true point, that prototype xent is so disappointing, i'd love a mission to upgrade it to an X4
