Bug Report Unable to spawn VTOL or QUAD on landing pads

Hi Dev team

The new landing pads at A.R.C. Head Quarters is a great addition. The only problem is you can spawn a VTOL or QUAD on them. These are the main vehicle people use to get into space. Can you make them 4 times as big for the next update.

Hmm I just logged. I didn't try these either.. assumed they worked.. good to know.

I think the problem is VTOLs and QUADs have a coded area of flat surface which needs to be free for them to spawn on. Clearly these landing Pads are too small. I had the same issues at Naval Station Triton on Calypso. Sent support case to MA and nothing???

Surely it can't be hard to either make the spawning area smaller or make the landing pad bigger?

This is what Roni griped about at Janus. You can land there but you cannot spawn a vehicle so you could leave. What are the designers thinking? ugh

These landing pads were designed with Cyrene vehicles in mind , however, we are making them large enough for Quad Wings as we speak!

u can see new spaceship already in game and yes its smaller, but awesome

Well I certainly hope so. There are a lot more quads out there that want to visit the planet but if we can't spawn them, sort of keeps me away, ya know............ I remember the last time we had a hard time getting off cyrene.

Never had a problem spawning anything. If player can't move ~50m from terminals to be able to spawn vehicle then it's just his fault. Also there are so many teleporters around that it isn't really a problem to take off from another point of planet.

Have you tried to spawn a quad at Janus? Roni and I can not, or could not at Janus city where they made the landing area... fine you can land there, but try to spawn your quad there. Now this was a little while ago and we have not been back since so maybe since then they have changed it. We made comment about it here somewhere on these boards at the time, well Roni did.
