May I ask you about the Boffin Upgrade Parts drop frequency. I am hunting daily on regular basis but haven't got a single piece since 3 weeks.
I used to get average a few pieces per month in the past.
Just curious what could be the reason for that.

While those missions are nice, and i'm working on them too, slowly however. The smuggler costs 500ped to start for untradable low TT clothing (1k for full set) and the dropship isn't tradable either and pretty poor eco, so likely a vanity item. While it's good those missions are working, the smuggler has an high cost for clothing + big mission chains before you even can start the missions, and the dropship is only eye candy. Whilst the currently broke cyrene vendors have items worth grabbing if you can.I agree.
I discover Arkadia today. Smuggler mission and IFN are nice.
Its more fast to get clothes there.
Smuggler items are really nice and its a good challenge to try to get these items ! Not like Cyrene where you work for missing or bugged items ...
IFN mission is good too, 350 days and i can have the Dropship ! Not like Cyrene where you do the 1200 ARC badges mission for nothing ...

i'd still like to see the rank vendors scrapped and ark style instances added instead which you can only enter with the correct badge number (24hr repeatable) with chests that can loot (L) & UL armors and gunes(the ones in the vendor now), this would increase Cyrenes turnover and stop campers
yeah the clothes look awesome, but i don't mean to lose the badges, so obtaining 500-1000 badges cost maybe 7-15k ped turnover? while ark (with far better mission chain after i accept) is 1k payment plus a multiple stage 6 chains costing over 20k turnover just for the Wombana.Look at the clothes as an entry fee to the instances.
If there was an instance at 500 or 1k arc badges , as you suggested it wouldn't cost you the less and you will have no clothes.

On Arkadia you pay with Arkoins not only for the Smuggler bribe, but for items vended from an NPC also (the armour and weapons trader at IFN Supply Depot). On Calypso you pay with Combat Tokens likewise. And their vendors are stocked. You dont have to do the repeatable 60k stage 6.

not bad, i need to get back to finishing that mission, i'm only 1/3 into stage 3. i've never looted any of the UL Pirons tho1k is what i lost (lower levels with ozpyn rsb s1x1 + trauma I and bp s1x3).
