Why is there no training ground near Cyrene?

Was wondering why there is no training ground near Cyrene?

If the idea was to have a shared training ground between Calypso and Cyrene then Calypso won because it's nearer to calypso and when you die in it you revive at Crystal Palace.

yeah, I would like to have a Training Ground near Cyrene as I want to skill more in repairing.
